We offer FREE standard shipping Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm for all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges do apply to AK, HI, PR, and international orders. Shipping charges may also apply to Saturday shipments or deliveries before 8 am or after 5 pm. Standard shipping includes a no signature required parcel delivery on small items.
Furniture and oversized items might need to travel via freight carrier. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as “white glove delivery.” Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require signature for delivery, please keep this in mind when ordering.
International Shipments, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska
We ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska as well as many other countries around the world. Free shipping is not offered in these territories. With our shipping partner, you can shop and ship it. Just select the items and email us your item name, your full address (residential or commercial ) and we will quote the shipping to you before you purchase. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES MUST BE PAID IN USD$$.
Please also be aware that you will incur international duty charges, that we do not include in our pricing. That is a second payment you will have to settle with the receiving government and your carrier.
There are no returns with International sales. All sales are final.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by product. Please refer to an item’s product detail page for the best-estimated shipping time. Log in to My Account for easy access to your item’s product detail page. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships out so you may easily track your order.
*Orders cannot be stopped once they are loaded on shipping companies truck and or have tracking information available.*
Contact us to find out if your order has been processed or shipped. If not, we can easily cancel your order at no extra charge. Orders already shipped will be treated like normal returns.
We have a generous 7-day return policy on most of our inventory.

If you decide not to keep your item, we will refund the entire cost for unused items returned in their original packaging. All you need to do is cover the shipping, and if you like, we will extend our preferred rates and arrange pick up with our shipping carrier. This is a no-hassle, regret-free way for you to shop.

Something damaged or incomplete on your order? Contact our service personnel and we can help you find the proper repairs, missing parts, or new item to make sure your selection satisfies.
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our us within 48 hours of delivery
Before we can process your claim, we will request the following information:
If you are to sign the BOL from the shipper please make note on paperwork of all damages.
In the unlikely occurrence that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will immediately work to repair, discount, or refund your item. Please note that our ability to offer a replacement is contingent on a repair technician’s confirmation that the item cannot be repaired back to factory standards. If a repair technician deems the item was successfully repaired back to factory standards, the item will not be eligible for a replacement.
